Ultra Homes not only builds homes, we build relationships with our homeowners.  We care about our customers, and pride ourselves in providing the finest customer service possible.  In addition to required code inspections, our homes are inspected by a private quality control team to ensure that each home meets or exceeds our high standards.

Our commitment to quality is backed by a One-Year Workmanship/Materials, Two-Year Delivery Portion of Systems and 10-Year Major Structural Defects warranty program which allows you the peace-of-mind in knowing that you’ve made a solid investment in your family and your future.

Ultra Homes will perform work during normal business hours.

Warranty Submittals send to : Warranty@UltraHomes.us

All Warranty submittals must be documented by photos-(taken a minimum of 3 feet from issue) and itemized list describing the concern.

Before submitting a request, check to make sure items you are concerned about are not identified as homeowner maintenance as those items are not covered in your warranty.

The Warranty Department is an outsource for Ultra Homes and is separate from Ultra Office and Model homes. Warranty is not available by phone only by email or certified mail for tracking purposes.

Warranty is charged with separating standard homeowner responsibilities from actual warranty items. Warranty will schedule a date and time frame and builder will handle actual warranty repairs.
